End User License Agreement

Introduction

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“You,” “Your,” or “User”) and NuvolaPOS / NuvolaPAY (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By downloading, installing, or using our POS applications (“Software”) for Android, Windows, or any other platforms, which are designed to operate on Clover Flex and Clover Mini devices, or any other device (“Device”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

 

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you indicate that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms.

 

Grant of License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on Devices solely for the purpose of point-of-sale transactions, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

 

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  1. Sublicense, sell, rent, or lease the Software.
  2. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  3. Use the Software in a manner that violates any laws or regulations.

 

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your access to the Software at any time for any reason.

 

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, profits, or any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Software.

 

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

 

Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and/or within the Software itself. Your continued use of the Software will signify your acceptance of such changes.
